Automatic Update

1. Press MENU
2. Select Installation
3. Press OK
4. Enter your Password
   Default Password = 0000
5. Select Software Update and press OK
6. Select Automatic Update and press OK

The searching will now begin and you will see a progress bar on screen.

You will then receive a message regarding the version of new software. Select Yes to confirm the download and press OK.

The receiver will restart and the software will install.

Manual Update

1. Go to BBC 1
2. Press MENU
3. Select Installation
4. Press OK
5. Enter your Password
   Default Password = 0000
6. Select Software Update and press OK
7. Select Manual Update and press OK
8. Select Search and press OK

The searching will now begin and you will see a progress bar on screen.

You will then receive a message regarding the version of new software. Select Yes to confirm the download and press OK.

The receiver will restart and the software will install.

Error message E-HW or E-OS

If you receive the following error messages on the front display of the receiver or on your TV screen then please follow below.
E-HW
E-OS

1. Power off the receiver for 30 seconds - using the rear on off switch or at the mains
2. Press MENU
3. Select Installation and press OK
4. Enter your password (Default = 0000)
5. Select Default Setting and press OK
6. Select YES and press OK
7. Enter password

The receiver will now take 20-30 seconds and then restart. When it boots up it will enter the Automatic Search and search for the channels again.

After the channels have been retuned and you have pressed OK to save the channels then please follow
the Manual Update instructions.
